French and stable doors will also be provided with a pair of keyed alike, key and thumbturn Ultion Cylinders. Secured By Design doors have also been upgraded with the Ultion cylinder replacing the Avantis cylinder guard.
Therefore, all existing doors can be upgraded with a high graded security lock cylinder.
Solidor state that their doors will now be the most secure composite door available on the market. Solidor CEO explains “Solidor’s hardwood laminated timber core is almost certainly the most secure composite door on the market, so it doesn’t make sense to sell it with a cylinder that is less secure”.
